1. Thermal properties

The thermal deformation temperature of plastic ABS is 93-118 °C, and the temperature of the product after annealing can be increased by about 10 °C. ABS still shows a certain toughness at -40°C and can be used in the temperature range of -40~100°C.


2. Electrical properties

The electrical insulating properties of plastic ABS are good and are not affected by temperature, humidity and frequency. It can be used in most environments.


3. Environmental performance

ABS coating is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis and other acids, but is soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorohydrocarbons, and corrosion such as acetic acid and vegetable oils can cause stress cracking. ABS has poor weather resistance and is prone to degradation under the action of ultraviolet light. After half a year outdoors, the impact strength is reduced by half.


4. Conventional performance

Plastic ABS is non-toxic, odorless, and has the appearance of ivory translucent, or transparent granules or powder.
